Privacy Notice
Last updated: 5 August 2026
Learning In Transit Pte Ltd ("Learnintt", "we", "us") runs this page. We look after your personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). This notice explains, in plain English, what we collect and what happens to it.
1. What we collect
When you request a session through the booking form, we collect:
- your name;
- your mobile number, which is how Mandy reaches you on WhatsApp;
- your child's primary level (Primary 3 to Primary 6);
- the type of session you choose (Lesson or Diagnostic); and
- the date and time slot you pick.
We do not ask for your child's name, your NRIC, your address, or any payment card details on this page.
Sessions are recorded. Section 5 below explains this in full. You tick a box on the booking form to confirm you understand it, so nothing here comes as a surprise later.
2. Why we collect it
We use your booking information only to:
- check the slot you picked is still open and hold it for you;
- message you on WhatsApp to confirm the session, arrange payment, and send you the joining details;
- contact you about that session if anything changes, such as a reschedule; and
- keep a simple record of sessions booked and held.
3. Cookies, and how we measure this page
We use Microsoft Clarity, a website measurement service, to learn how this page is actually used — which sections parents read, how far down the page they get, and which parts we could word more clearly.
Two things about it you should know:
- It sets two cookies on your device:
_clck, which lasts about a year, and_clsk, which lasts about a day. They let Clarity tell a repeat visit from a new one without knowing who you are. - It records a playback of the visit — the pages you open, how far you scroll, where you tap or click, and mouse movement — along with your device type, browser, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address.
What it does not capture: we have set Clarity to hide what you type. Your name and your mobile number in the booking form are masked on your device before anything is sent, so they never appear in a playback.
We do not use any of this to identify you, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.
Clarity is operated by Microsoft, and this information is held on Microsoft's servers, which are outside Singapore. Microsoft's own privacy statement governs what they do with it.
If you would rather not be measured, blocking cookies for this site in your browser settings stops it, and the page works exactly the same either way.
Some links on this page open other websites — for example SEAB's website, or Google Drive folders holding the book's audio and reading passages. Once you click through, that site's own privacy policy applies, not ours.
4. Where your data goes — including outside Singapore
Please read this part carefully, because your data leaves Singapore.
When you press "Request this slot", the form sends your details to:
- our server, which processes the booking and may be located outside Singapore;
- Google Sheets (Google Workspace), where the booking is recorded so we can manage the timetable; and
- Google Drive, where session recordings are stored (see section 5).
Sessions themselves are held on a video meeting platform, which may also process your details outside Singapore.
Separately from the booking form, the page-measurement information described in section 3 goes to Microsoft (Clarity), on servers that are also outside Singapore.
Google stores this data on its servers, which may be located outside Singapore. We rely on contractual and technical measures with these providers so that your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection comparable to the protection it has under the PDPA, as section 26 of the PDPA requires. Access is limited to the Learnintt people who need it to run the sessions.
5. Session recordings
We record every session — video and audio. This means your child's face and voice, and yours if you join in, are recorded. We tell you before you book, and you tick a box on the form to confirm you understand, so that you decide with the full picture.
What we use recordings for
We use recordings for three things, all of them part of delivering the lesson you booked:
- (a) Your copy. We send you the recording so your child can watch the session again at home. This is one of the most useful parts of the hour.
- (b) Mandy's own review. Mandy rewatches parts of a session to write up her feedback and to plan what to work on next time.
- (c) Our own training and quality. We review recordings internally to keep the coaching consistent and to improve how we teach.
What we do NOT do with them
We do not post recordings publicly, use them in advertising, put them on social media, or show them to anyone outside Learnintt — unless you separately give us written permission for one specific clip, after the session, once you have seen what we are asking about. That permission is asked for clip by clip, it is entirely your choice, and saying no changes nothing about your child's lessons. It is never bundled into the booking. There is no tickbox for it on the booking form, and there never will be.
Where recordings are kept and who can see them
Recordings are stored in Learnintt's own Google Drive. Access is limited to two people: Mandy Chong, who teaches the session and needs the recording to write your child's feedback, and our Data Protection Officer (DPO), who is accountable for how your data is handled. Nobody else has access. The folder is not shared publicly and has no shareable link switched on.
Google Drive stores data on servers that may be outside Singapore. The safeguards described in section 4 apply here too.
How long we keep recordings
Recordings are kept for twelve (12) months after your child's last session, then deleted — the same rule that applies to your booking details.
Asking us to delete a recording
You can ask us to delete a recording at any time, for any reason, without giving one. Email dpo@learnintt.com and tell us which session. We will delete it and confirm to you once it is done. You do not have to wait for the twelve (12) months to run.
Consent
Because your child is a primary school student, you as the parent or guardian give this consent on your child's behalf when you tick the recording box on the booking form.
6. How long we keep your booking details
We keep your booking details for twelve (12) months after your child's last session with us. After that they are deleted automatically. If you book but no session ever takes place, we count the twelve (12) months from the date of your booking request.
We may keep a record for longer only where the law requires it — for example accounting records we are obliged to retain under the Companies Act.
7. Messages and the Do Not Call Registry
We will message or call you about your own booking — confirming the slot, arranging payment, sending joining details, sending your recording, or telling you about a change. That is a normal part of providing the service you asked for.
We will not send you marketing messages unless you separately tick the marketing box on the booking form. That box is unticked by default and you do not have to tick it to book. Before we send marketing messages to a Singapore telephone number, we check the number against the Do Not Call Registry as the PDPA requires, unless you have given us clear and unambiguous consent in writing to receive them.
You can stop marketing messages at any time. Reply "STOP" to any marketing message, or email us at dpo@learnintt.com. This will not affect any session you have already booked.
8. Your rights
You may, at any time:
- ask what we hold about you and how we have used it in the past year;
- ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date;
- ask us to delete a session recording; or
- withdraw your consent to us holding or using your data.
Email dpo@learnintt.com and tell us what you would like. We may need to confirm who you are before we act.
Timing: we will respond as soon as reasonably possible. If we cannot deal with an access or correction request within thirty (30) days, we will write to you within those thirty (30) days to tell you when we will. If you withdraw consent, we will explain what that means for any session already booked, and then stop using your data for that purpose.
Please note: if you withdraw consent before your session, we will usually no longer be able to run the session, because we would have no way to reach you.
9. Keeping it safe
Access to booking records and recordings is limited to the Learnintt people named above. Data travels to our server over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No system is perfect, and we do not promise that transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the small amount of data involved.
10. Our Data Protection Officer
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer. You can reach the DPO at:
dpo@learnintt.com Learning In Transit Pte Ltd (UEN 202205670N)
If we have not resolved your concern, you may raise it with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
11. Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Any change applies from the date it is posted.
Booking Terms — One-Hour Online Sessions
Last updated: 5 August 2026
These terms apply when you book a session through this page with Learning In Transit Pte Ltd ("Learnintt", "we", "us"). Please read them before you request a slot.
1. What you are booking
- One (1) session of one (1) hour, held online, conducted by Mandy Chong, author of PSLE Oral 3rd Edition.
- You choose either a Lesson (coaching on the exam skills) or a Diagnostic (a review of where your child stands).
- The price is eighty dollars (S$80) per one-hour session.
2. How booking works
- Picking a slot on the timetable and submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed booking.
- Mandy will reply on WhatsApp, usually within one (1) day, to confirm the slot. That WhatsApp conversation is where everything about your booking is handled from then on.
- Your booking is confirmed only when Mandy confirms it and payment has been received.
3. Payment
- Payment is due after Mandy confirms your slot and before the session begins.
- Payment is by PayNow to Learning In Transit Pte Ltd. Mandy sends you the PayNow details and the reference to quote in the same WhatsApp message that confirms your slot. We do not publish a PayNow QR code or payment link on this page, so please use the details in that message and nowhere else. Our UEN is 202205670N — if a PayNow screen shows any other recipient, please stop and check with Mandy before you pay.
- If payment has not reached us before the session starts, we may release the slot to another family.
4. Changing or cancelling — please give us 24 hours
- To move or cancel a session, reply to Mandy's WhatsApp message. That thread is the channel for any change, so nothing gets missed.
- Please give at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice before the session start time.
- With that notice, you get one (1) free reschedule — we move the session to another open slot at no charge. This applies once per booking. If you then need to change the session a second time, the fee is used up and a fresh booking would be needed.
- On the good-notice side we offer a reschedule rather than a cash refund, because the hour was held for your child and turned away from another family.
- If you cancel less than twenty-four (24) hours before the session, the fee is not refundable.
- If your child does not attend and we were not told beforehand (a no-show), the fee is not refundable.
- If Mandy has not yet confirmed your slot, there is nothing to cancel — an unconfirmed request simply lapses, and you owe nothing.
- We will always try to be reasonable where something genuinely unexpected happens, such as illness. Please just tell us as early as you can.
5. If we cancel
If Mandy cancels a confirmed session for any reason, you may choose either:
- a full refund of the fee for that session, sent back by PayNow to the account you paid from, within seven (7) working days of the cancellation; or
- a replacement slot at a time you both agree.
6. Running late
The session runs for one (1) hour from the booked start time. If your child joins late, we will use the time that is left; we are not able to run past the booked end time, because another family may be waiting.
7. What you need at your end
Sessions are held online over a video meeting platform. Joining details come with Mandy's confirmation message. Please make sure your child has:
- a device with a working camera and microphone;
- a reasonably steady internet connection; and
- a quiet spot to speak, since this is a speaking session.
If the connection at your end drops out and the session cannot continue, we will do our best to make up the time, but we are not able to offer a refund for time lost to your own device or connection. If the connection drops out at our end, clause 5 applies.
8. Sessions are recorded
- Every session is recorded, in video and audio. You confirm you understand this by ticking the recording box on the booking form. We tell you before you book, rather than at the start of the session.
- We record for three reasons: to send you a copy so your child can rewatch it; for Mandy's own review when she writes up feedback and plans the next session; and for Learnintt's internal training and quality.
- Recordings are stored in Learnintt's Google Drive. Only two people can open them: Mandy Chong and our DPO. The folder is not shared publicly and has no shareable link switched on.
- Recordings are kept for twelve (12) months after your child's last session, then deleted.
- You may ask us to delete a recording at any time by emailing dpo@learnintt.com. We will delete it and confirm.
9. Using a clip publicly — only if you say yes, each time
- We will never put your child's image or voice on social media, in advertising, on our website, or anywhere public, on the strength of this booking alone.
- If we would like to use a short clip publicly, we will contact you after the session, tell you exactly which clip it is, tell you where it would appear, and ask for your written permission for that clip only.
- You are free to say no. Saying no changes nothing at all — not the lesson, not the price, not how your child is taught, not whether you can book again.
- If you say yes and later change your mind, tell us and we will take the clip down from the channels we control, as soon as we reasonably can.
- Permission is never assumed from silence, and is never bundled into the booking form.
10. Age and consent
Sessions are for primary school children (Primary 3 to Primary 6). The booking must be made by the child's parent or legal guardian, who confirms they agree to these terms — including the recording terms in clauses 8 and 9 — on the child's behalf.
11. Our responsibility
We will provide the session with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you in connection with any session is limited to the fee you paid for that session. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 or any other law that cannot be limited by agreement.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

About results
Learnintt sessions are coaching. Mandy works on the speaking skills the PSLE Oral component tests — reading aloud, and stimulus-based conversation — and gives your child clear, specific feedback on where the marks are.
What we can promise is the hour, the feedback, and Mandy's full attention.
What we cannot promise is an exam outcome. We do not guarantee any particular grade, score, band or result, and nothing on this page should be read as a promise of one. How a child performs on the day depends on many things outside a coaching session — practice at home, reading habits, the topic drawn, and the child's own confidence on the day.
Any examples, sample answers, clips, or comments from other parents on this page describe those individual experiences. They are not a prediction of what your child will achieve.
Learnintt is an independent educational publisher and tutor. We are not affiliated with, appointed by, or endorsed by the Ministry of Education, the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board, or any school.
Copyright and ownership
Our material. PSLE Oral 3rd Edition, and everything Learnintt has made available on this page — the answer keys, reading passages, podcast recordings, photo stimuli, bonus practice material, artwork, text and page design — is owned by Learning In Transit Pte Ltd or used by us with permission. It is protected by copyright.
You are welcome to download and use these materials for your own child's personal, home study. Please do not copy, share, upload, resell, or use them in any class, centre, or commercial setting without our written permission. Write to feedback@learnintt.com if you would like to ask — we are usually happy to say yes to reasonable requests.
Session recordings. The recording of a session is made and owned by Learnintt. The copy we send you is for your family's own use at home — please do not post it publicly or share it onward. Separately, we do not make any public use of your child's image or voice without your specific written permission for that clip, as set out in our Booking Terms.
MOE and SEAB material — we link, we do not host.
The "Official SEAB papers" section of this page contains links to pages on SEAB's own website. We do not host, copy, mirror, or redistribute any MOE or SEAB examination paper, specimen paper, format document or other material, and we do not include any of it in our books or resources.
When you click one of those links you leave this page and go to SEAB's website. That material belongs to SEAB and/or the Ministry of Education. We claim no rights in it, and we grant you no rights to it. Your use of it is governed by SEAB's and MOE's own terms of use, which you should read on their sites. If you want to reproduce or distribute any of that material, you need to ask them directly for written permission — we are not able to give it, and this page does not give it.
Learnintt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to MOE or SEAB in any way. We link to their pages so that parents always reach the current, official version — nothing more.
If you think there is an issue. If you believe any material on this page infringes your copyright, please write to feedback@learnintt.com with the details and we will look into it promptly.
